April 16, 200817 yr Hey Missylu .... First look like a YF2 Spangle and the 2 birds Golden face Colbalt Spangle the others are too little for me ..... I need a few more weeks to tell ya LMAO What colour eyes does baby 4 have
April 16, 200817 yr the pictures are a bit blurry if you can have them standing up without holding them and have them clearer it will help birds can't be green and blue together they are either one or the other so they are either a grey green or just grey (which is the blue/white series birds) this is just an example... Look forward to more pics

April 16, 200817 yr I think i got it right i am getting better at this stuff! yf2 spangle for the first would the second be a yf1 spangle yf2 green with yellow face and yf1 blue with yellow face? im still learning correct me if im wrong thanks again Missy it is either a green or a yellow face blue , it is impossible unless through genetics to determine if a "actual" green bird is carrying the yellowface but many studies have show that they do. But when we are talking simple genetics a blue bird that looks green because of the yellow face gene is always considered a Yellow Face 2/Golden Face 2 BLUE. Hope that makes sense .
April 16, 200817 yr Author Missylu Looks lke Baby one bum has been plucked????? Im not sure if she has been plucked or if it just hasnt grown properly because there is no sign of plucking its the only chick that has it and there are none of his coloured feathers in the box? So what colour is the belly of the 1st baby because to me it is a definate grey green that turns to blue on the bum?

April 17, 200817 yr What setting to you have your camera on? Do you have a macro setting where you can take close ups? Who has the grey gene? The green bird? He doesn't look like he is carrying the grey gene but maybe it is the picture?
April 17, 200817 yr I would guess that the green bird is actually a YF but just looks green. Maybe the first is a dilute, though I am not sure of the genetics of that.

He doesn't look like he is carrying the grey gene but maybe it is the picture?Im not sure i am hopeless with the camera. Its more of a really dull green than grey im going to take more photos tommorow and will fiddle around with the settings to fix it upI would guess that the green bird is actually a YF but just looks green. The two older ones also have plum eyes so what does that mean?
April 17, 200817 yr A dull green can note an olive bird too better pictures would really help, see if there is a flower setting aka macro setting for close up shots. The plum eyes could mean cinnamons I believe.
