No idea. I have so many birds now that it's getting really hard to find names for these guys hehehe. I normally name in relation to their colour/appearance - makes it easy to remember hehehe. BG = Big Grey

my avian vet has called in sick with gastro and won't be in until at least Thursday

 

They have referred me to the dodgie "Avian" vet that Mag used and did that bad clip of Spikes wings.

 

Will this appointment wait until Thursday or Friday??? or is it better to see this other vet sooner????

No i didn't see Christo, and I was really worried about seeing a regular vet too. I saw a Dr Rickman from vets4pets at Salisbury park. He was great and it turned out that he was an avian vet and has lots of experience with birds. I would recommend him

On his letter head it says B.V.Sc Which is Bachelor of Veterinary science??

Thats really funny!!!!

 

I can see his BVSc he has - the office assured me he was an avian vet

 

He did a thorough job with my birds and also showed me how to crop feed - he said he has 20 years experience with birds and sees sick birds all the time I just know not to take any of my birds there for a wing clip hahaha.
