Planning to start providing Budgies with liquid supplements of vitamins, B-Complex and calcium by mixing it in the drinking water. Just wanted to know whether mixing more of these liquid supplements does have any bad impacts on Budgies health.

 

Also can we mix all these three liquid supplements (vitamins, B-Complex and calcium) together and then mix to Budgie drinking water or instead we have to give it each supplement separately on three different days.

I will leave this question to the experts, I am sure that giving them too much isn't good But not sure on the mixing of them together

Yes over doing it will cause a condition know as vitamisation. It's not good for the birds. Suppliers should supply a matrix of what can be mixed. Vetafarm does this on their website. http://www.vetafarm.com.au

The problem in india is that so far I haven't found a petshop or Vet medical store having vetafarm products. So I need to look for similar products which I can get easily over here and also that should be obviously the best to birds.

 

Once I come across few equivalent supplement products, will initiate a new thread to get confirmed from all of you experts .
