April 7, 200817 yr Thanks Daz, I have a wholesale account with Vetafarm so I'll be contacting them about stocking these myself, as there were a few you listed that I hadn't known their uses until now... I also use SCATT by Vetafarm for mite treatments especially in all rescues or outcross birds comming into the aviary. And the CalciVet as well, of course.

April 7, 200817 yr Whooo argh now I feel like my birds are seriously under vitimized (sp?? not even sure that's a word but will roll with it) Thanks for this, can you tell me do they just get them all or is there a plan, eg on Mondays their water gets this..... even if you add them to water. My guys pretty much get mixed veg and fruit, seeds and wormer in their water every two months. I worry about my guys getting enough, i know that Blue gets really bad blood feathers during molt and gets vit A shots to help with feather production maybe a suppliment all year round would help? I think I am going to have to check out vetfarm thanks for this

April 8, 200817 yr Becareful, like most things you can overdo it. I have posted a management plan that I follow. It's from two leading breeders in Australia. Plunkett & Tasi Thanks I get that, I figure my guys are pretty much fine but I would love to avoid a trip to the vets every time Blue goes through molt and thought the Molting agent might help. Will have a chat to my vet about it.
