Posted April 6, 200817 yr Well its finally cooled down here so I have some pairs down (until its too cold!!) we'll be moving in the next few months so it may be put on hold for a bit while we move as well. SoI'll get some out while I can. First I have a Lute hen and green opaline cock- so far 3 green opaline chicks Next a grey opaline cock I got a while back and havent used yet, and a skyblue normal hen I bred just over a year ago so it'll be my first generation of my breeding (kinda) (not a good picture) Also have a green dom pied cock paired with a greygreen opaline spangle hen- not a pairing I'd really want but he is very forward in what he wants and its her first clutch and she is a bit of a grumpy hen. He has thrown some nice birds though. She is on 5 eggs I think Hopefully get this hen down this week I'll try for some better pics when the chicks are around
April 6, 200817 yr I agree Pie your birds look good, especially the cock birds; you should get some nice chicks out of them.
