Posted April 4, 200817 yr Some new pics The Success!! Another large clutch of eggs, again from a spangle hen. Now you see them! "> And now you don't! "> And now the failure! Look how interested these two are! "> They have been in together for a month. Looks like they have been married for 20 years!! :(Laughing out loud): They can't even look at each other! They have made progress though! at least they are on the same perch. But not enough. Time for a reshuffle.

April 4, 200817 yr oh wow they really are not into each other...when they were in the aviary did you notice that they paired up with another color bird? I have read that budgies can be attracted to their mates color? So did they hang around another bird of a different color...I know this is a crazy notion but I did read it

April 5, 200817 yr Have you found him a new Mrs yet TB ???? Not as yet Neat I'm doing battle with some Mega bacteria, every one of the 60+ budgies when through some examination today. At this stage it is only two birds from one breeder. They were in quarantine anyway but you never know. I had to call the cavalry and PM Daz for some advice.
