sorry to be so paranoid, but how often should i replace Bing's seed in his seed bowl? its about 7cm by 4cm by 4.5cm deep and i fill it about 1.5cm full and empty it every morning and replace it with new seed, i was just wondering how often you are supposed to change the seed? one day? two? or can you leave it for a while?

You are doing it right... daily. You can blow the seed husks off the top and fill, or just get rid of the left over seed and fill with new seed.

You are doing it exactly right

It's sound good .. Take note though if his dish is looking empty or filled with husks before you or he goes to bed as he would want Food first thing in the morning for ENERGY .....
