Featured Replies

Hi guys

This baby is almost white. She doesnt have any colour on her body and just the lightest shading on her wings. Can someone please tell me what colour she is.

I believe double factor spangle unless someone corrects me. I am trying to breed some myself with my spangle pair i just put in the breeding cage.

Thanks Ikon. I think I might have to keep her :D

She is a grey opaline spangle possibly cinnamon which explains her diluted colour. BUT she isnt DF spangle. If she was you would not see her markings...she would be all white.

Tweetie the light green recessive pied is the cock

Looks like the recessive pied is a spangle recessive pied and also cinnamon :)

instead of cinnamon which would be brown marking it looks more like she is a dilute so I would say yes to everything but go with a dilute also.

Oh dear! So confusing! (Laughing out loud)

So she is a grey opaline spangle dilute? I havent seen anything cinnamon come from Tweetie so far and he's had 3 clutches.

I have no idea what she is... but I too would keep her as she is just adorable :)

Sunnie.....to save all future arguments or discrepancies in regard to this obscure little grey hen....I really, truly think she should be posted to me for further analysis and identification :)
