Posted March 22, 200817 yr I have 10 babies that are going to fledge over the next few weeks... I absolutly love it when they are so new to the world and still so young. So i thought i would put lots of pictures here and introduce each baby on their firist day out of the nest. Today Cutie is the first to came out of the box. She has a sister who will be close behind She isn't doing much on her first day out, but she is lovely to handle. "I haven't got any friends " "You're my friend - yay " "You're not very tasty - could you add millet to that please" I Love them at this young tender age :hap:

March 22, 200817 yr She's GORGEOUS... so pretty and looks so "new"!! And already sitting on your finger.. thats great!! I wish all budgie breeders would "pre tame" their birds. Its so sad when you get one like my Maxie who is just petrified of human contact!! Cant wait to see the next fledglings!!

Jennifer Lopez Butt ! She should be proud of her beauty. She is awesome ! Love her little stripes on her head & nice yellow coloring. They really are so beautiful new birds at this age ! When they are fresh new fledgables ! <----- my new Budgie word. FLEDGABLES = (verb? adjective ?) a group of baby budgies ready to fledge if able !

I have been lucky my tiels and budgies get a long great - i dont over crowd my aviary so that might be why it works for me

I have visions of a package/or envelope that is FLAT with a small bump in it. It neither peeps or chirps & the contents that plop out of the package will not be able to sit on a perch once unpacked from its FLAT PACKING ... cause its FLAT & DEAD ! The only reason its standing on its perch is because its " NAILED TO IT'S PERCH !" Beautiful Plumage the norwegian blue dead budgie ! Or does Flat Packing come with budgie bubble wrap ? Give the little boid something to pop at & keep him or her busy while being shipped around the country in a package/envelope without an air hole for AIR.
