April 5, 200817 yr Author Here are the chicks now. One of the chicks is a lacewing of all things! Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't 2 Dominant Pieds breed a Dominant Pied? The chick that has been fostered with the Lutino chicks - is Green! Please explain as just when I start to grasp something . . . this happens!
April 6, 200817 yr I think that are Double spangles Look closely at one chicks wings there are markings ... I THINK... With the other parent had to have been split ( the male ) cause all lutions shouldn't throw out a norm.... Gene EXPERTS WE ARE CALLING YOU !!!! Someone should be able to help us out on this one soon ..... Great Pics though they are looking fantastic ....

April 13, 200817 yr Author Only 1 lacewing, the other 2 are lutino's. No idea which parent was the plucker.
April 20, 200817 yr Author All bar the newest blue foster chick have fledged. The blue one has grown most of his feathers back and is looking really cute! Here is some snapshots. Ain't I sexy? Like the headdress? This one was hard to pin down for a picture, he just won't stop! Got you cornered! Got most of his feather back again:
