How did they get out Anna? I hope they are found soon.

Have your sister also post on craigslist in her area under the lost and founds, check any bird rescues frequently for descriptions of these birds, along the different vets in her area, also if you do a google for lost pet ads you will find quite a few places where you can post this for free too.
