March 12, 200817 yr He is a sky spangle, but does appear to have an "opalesence" through the back of his head/shoulders, but i wouldn't call him an opaline spangle

Am i correct in that He is a spangle. He is not a opaline spangle otherwise the black markings on his wings would be blue. Nice bird!
March 12, 200817 yr Hi Neat, I agree, he is a skyblue spangle and Libby is right about the "opalescence". It is a fault in exhibition budgies and an 'undesired' trait. He is an absolutely gorgeous bird... I would have been really happy to have him. Feathers. Edited March 12, 200817 yr by Feathers
