He is a cutie. Honestly with that type of pose it is hard to tell you need to take a picture of him on sitting on the perch, his front and back and if you can natural light is best so the flash doesn't wash out his coloration and we can help you better. Also make sure you resize your pictures to 450x450 that is the only way they will stay displayed as picture or else they will be turned to links, how to do this is right above the Budgie Picture forum.
