I've found a mix that my bird really enjoys.

 

Its 1 hardboiled egg (20mins) broccalli,carrot and green beans put through a food proccesor.

 

My question is, how often is it okay to feed this to him?

Daily if you think it is working out well for him or at least 3 times a week
