Being 100% wheat and no additives,I was think if I could use as follows?

 

1 Egg (whisked)

 

Whatever fruit & veg you want

 

Then break down Shredded Wheat with rolling pin or the like.

 

Mix all together and bake accordingly.

Personally I would think that the egg was all that needed cooking & that the rest would be best fed raw.
