Posted March 3, 200817 yr okay, here we go for March we are looking for your cutest "feathered" photo (no budgies allowed). If you have a cute budgie (s) picture you can enter this picture in this postCLICK HERE FOR BUDGIE PICS. We know a lot of you have cockatiels, cockatoos, other type of parrots etc... Other "pets" not valid, no dogs, cats, horses etc...ONLY feathers please. For April we will be doing an all out "Best Photo" contest for all pets (excluding budgies of course (Laughing out loud) because they have their OWN monthly contest). Photo posting guidelines remain the same Click here to Read How to Post a Picture
March 4, 200817 yr This is Sammy (AKA The JETSETTER heheheh). (hatched 23rd Dec 07 - on my Grandma's 70th birthday ) I bred him myself but he was so badly pecked as a chick (by his father) that i have decided not to breed tiels ever again Over Christmas my Dad fell in love with Sammy (a tiny featherless chick ) while visiting us from Victoria... Now Sammy has a ticket to fly to VIC and live with my Dad on April 3rd Edited August 15, 200816 yr by **Liv**
March 4, 200817 yr Some of you may have seen ChookChook in one of my other posts and as she is the only other 'feathered' individual in our family apart from the Budgies, she is my entry in this comp. ChookChook came to us as a 'freebie' when we bought our first aviary about 10 years ago now so as to her age, all I know is that she is an 'old Chook'. She is a bit 'aloof' most of the time but has her moments when she comes and sits on my back when I am doing the aviary floor...I guess it may be when she's had enough of the Budgies and she has no other friend at the moment so I will do. Anyway, here she is...I'll let her do her stuff...
March 5, 200817 yr Author okay, I don't have any other inside fur friends but I do have outside ones ...if it doesn't count that is okay BUT... I hope spring is coming and here is a fluffy American Robin to show it, he was sitting outside my window so I took a picture of him.

March 12, 200817 yr Bea, I squee'd. Here are Royston and Thena when they were babes, falling asleep on my hand. This counts as 'feathered'. right? Royston grew into a massive, gorgeous rooster. He was given back to the stud breeder because we're not allowed to have roosters in suburban areas. Thena still lives with me and is my favourite hen Edited March 12, 200817 yr by Chrysocome

March 14, 200817 yr :parrot: Thanks NickNack, he is flying away from my nasty sister as he wants to be with me, (Laughing out loud)!!! He is quite the awesome lovebird and will make a fantastic pet for a female owner, he doesn't seem to have the other hangups that lovebirds can have, they can be very difficult, he is a little prince. He is almost out of quarantine and will be listed for adoption soon.

March 16, 200817 yr You wouldn't, Mango (the green one) has epilepsy and Phoebs has cage aggression anxiety and plucking issues and is on meds and collar by day and I am the only one they will come to. And both of them would prefer to be stuck to me like glue, ALL day.
