Hi there

 

I have asked this question previously about whether Franklin (the white one) is a he or she but I am still uncertain and was hoping that some recent pics in the links below may be able to determine the sex of Franklin if anyone can help. Franklin does not bite and is a little dominant or bossy if that helps. I visited an avian vet today and she is also not 100% certain and I was told that the only way to find out for sure is to do a blood test.

The cere on Franklen reminds me of Pretty when I got him it has the white nasal rings very much like a female but the cere was smooth and rounded more like a male. Pretty ended up being a male recessive pied like your Franklin. How old is Franklin now?

I would say Franklin is a boy :hap:

I would say boy too if he is already 5 months usually by then it would start to turn tanish :hap:

I told ya ... I told ya I was gonna get in trouble. Sheesh.

 

My box was stolen today. The Garbage Collectors took it away when I went to find some food for me & my birds. Ya think they would have noticed the window I carefully cut in the side of the box & the lovely newspaper drapes I made. Sheeesh .. a mans castle is his Refreidgerator Box ya know. They just picked it up & squished it in the compactor like it was nothing. Good thing Weebil & Saucy Face was with me inside my coat lining when we were shoppin/beggin for food.
