March 4, 200817 yr I've never seen a budgie with such a deep color blue/green on its cere The depth of colour indicates that he is in breeding condition. Feathers.
March 5, 200817 yr Hiya, How old is Louie?? Isn't this his first moult? Most budgies, male and female will go into breeding condition before they are physically ready for breeding. I'd definitely wait until the next time, if you are considering using him. You also need to male sure that the "young female" you get is old enough too. Feathers.
March 11, 200817 yr Author (Laughing out loud) i think if i do let him breed it will be at the end of the year when i have more time i think this is like his 4 year with me so he will be about 4.5 on his bought day
