thanks for ur help he is not ringed because he was hand tamed by me so yer i did not know at the time i had to ring him (Laughing out loud) i am going to start ringing then when i start breeding again thanks for the help and yes he is a sweet bird i love him very much

Are you a member of a local club? to be able to order your rings?

If you join a budgerigar club ...as a novice you can show unrung birds but they must be shown as adults. Assuming your chosen club follows that ideal.
