An Afternoon With Lulu

:D Had a rare Sunday afternoon off and spent almost 2 hours of it in the spare bedroom with Lulu, who has just finished treatment for scaly mites (thank you to KAZ for diagnosing it, it was a mild case). She is stepping up better these days and it was nice to have a calm afternoon with her, interact and read, away from the "wild pair", read Phoebe and Mango, lovebirds, who believe I am their own personal slave, entertainment, chauffeur and sleeping post. Unfortunately the best pictures were fuzzy but here's a couple, too bad Photobucket doesn't have an additional edit feature to meet our BBC needs ( 320 by 240 just seems so small). :fear

She's very pretty and looks sky violet from here...carrying the violet gene anyway. Good her scaly is clearing up, but it was only the start and caught early so she didnt suffer from it much :D

:bluebudgie: I always thought the turquoise colors of my other budgies were exquisite until I saw the violet, but, hey, they are still pretty to me as are the yellows, greens, pieds, everybody!!! :budgiedance:

what a pretty girl, Merlin would :budgiedance: her :bluebudgie:

She is such a cutie :budgiedance: .

If 320x240 resize tool makes your pics too small, you could always resize them on your computer and then upload them, alot of programs have a 'Resize Image' option :bluebudgie: .

:budgiedance: Wish I had MORE time to spend with her, hope she gets adopted soon as she is very responsive. I have only noticed edit to crop feature on my computer, will check again, computers and stuff make me , very, very nervous. :bluebudgie:

Yeah, computers can be horrible things :bluebudgie: ;)

But I've found he best way to learn is by doing. And as you learn more, your confidance will grow. :D

I was going to make that suggestion too :D

:budgiedance: Let us not go there!!! And I was told she was a biter but I haven't experienced that yet. Wish I had more time to experiment with computer stuff. OOPS forgot to add the quote!!!

What a darling :D . I wish money grew on trees so I never had to work a 'real' job, so I could spend all day at home with my animals... hmmmm -_-
