YES for sure. Better than lettuce and in most cases better than spinach or silver beet. The whole thing leaves abd stalks, My birds get this a couple of times a week or more :D

My guys get this a lot. :hap: They just love it!

:hap: Maybe I should try Pak Choi The birds aren't really digging into their bok choy, carrots and broccoli today, but the hamster sure did, she loved it so much that I had to take it away from her as she was shoving it all into her hutch to go to sleep with!!! :D
