Posted January 29, 200520 yr I went to the petshop today and got a new budgie so now I have two. The new bird is currently kept in a separate, quiet, and safe room for now to let him settle down. I don't want to frighten him by taking a close up picture of him, so i'm afraid I can't show a picture of him right now, but I'll describe him. He looks similar to a wild budgie, only his body is mostly a deep green, darker than regular wild budgies. He also has blue tail feathers and had blue flight feathers before we got his wings clipped. (By The Way his feet are blue...i've seen this before but its really kinda weird (Laughing out loud). Is this an illness or is it normal?) He has a yellow head and underneath him and part of the tail is yellow. He was really jumpy when we brought him home in the car and when we first put him into his cage. He has calmed down now. Anyone have any name suggestions at all? Edited January 29, 200520 yr by BudgieLover14
January 29, 200520 yr how about sage or oliver? (going on the dark green theme here) p.s. i think some colour variants have naturally blue feet. Edited January 29, 200520 yr by pixie25
January 29, 200520 yr If he looks so like the wild, free budgies, how about you call him Freedom, after his beautiful, lucky friends flying free in Gods skys? Anne xx
