I've just read that some breeders here put garlic into egg food or veggie mix for birds. Is it okay? Sounds strange to me :rip: . I've also seen a special liquid with garlic in it. You put it into the drinking water. It suppose to help against worms, help the digestive system, etc.

Does anyone have an experience with it?

I haventy used garlic with my budgies but did use it a lot when I had chickens. Garlic cloves in their water container and crushed garlic in the food of any sick birds. Seemed to work well. Might try it on the budgies :rip:

I have used Garlic oil in the budgie seed, about 10mils to kg of seed. Mix it through the seed & feed out the next day,or put a clove in the water.
