Hello, My budgies cere was brown and has been for 9 months and now the cere has turned pale like a whitey colour with traces of blue on it. Does anyone know why?

So when will her cere change back to brown again?

basicaly when she comes back into breeding condition there are many trggers for this amount of light ,temp quality and amount of food to name a few

At the moment there is no brown on here cere its just pale blue?
