I wanted to make sure the bubs were strong and healthy before announcing it.

This is Boris and her Husbird:

Boris is a very protective and aggressive bird on the nest. I daren't put my hand in the box while she is there as she will bring blood!

Here she is giving me the 'beware - attack budgie' stare:

:ygbudgie: And then the beautiful Boris gets to come back in the house, right?

Mum has Sam inside now so Boris & Sam will come in alternate nights - presuming of course that Boris wants to come back inside.

Mummy Boris is doing a wonderful job! pardon the messy nest box - I'm on holiday from work now and felt like being lazy this weekend.

:ygbudgie: As you know Karen, have always had a soft spot for the lovely Boris! :)

Both have fledged now but still rely on dad.

I had to remove Boris as she started to have a go at the bubs.

These are from the 19th

Boris is on the front verandah now. She gets to share house time with Sam now. Sam 1 night inside, Boris the next.

 Can't Boris and Sam be inside at the same time?

No, father won't allow it.

Couldn't anyway as Sam is a Peachface and he already had a go at Turbo's feet when we brought her in for a visit - and they were raised together.
