He doesnt often poop, and when it comes out the colours red/brown. My other budgie didnt poop much either when she was a baby but im pretty sure his poop colour was normal.

Red/brown poop is a sign of coccidiosis. Might pay to get checked. Cocci is nasty.........Red/brown indicates blood in the faeces. Here is a good article on droppings as disease indicators.http://www.birds-online.de/gesundheit/gesa...katorkot_en.htm
