Hi Everyone,

 

We're new to budgies and last week we gave my 9 year old son a budgie (Blinky) for his birthday.

 

As we haven't had a budgie before, I was just wondering if she was okay as I noticed that under her right eye are these speckles - is that "normal" or some sort of fungus?

Doesn't look like anything to worry about. Might not be there is a day or two. Might be bits from growing feathers...parts of feather sheaths etc.
