The instructions are right on the board above Pictures , let me know if that helps. Step by step excellent instructions.

Hi Toffee,

 

1. First you need to upload your photo into an online photo sharing site, such as "Photobucket.com" (The following instructions assume that you used photobucket)

 

2. then, if you haven't already reduced them to less than 450 x 450 pixels, click on 'EDIT" and reduce them to email size.

 

3. Then click on "IMG Code" and it will automatically copy the information.

 

4. In your forum topic right click on your mouse and than press "paste"
