Hello,

Today my hen had a baby:)

 

But She is not feeding it, and she just droped it on the bottum of the aviary i am so sad:( this has not happenend to me only this time. My Dad told me to put it with another hen and did the hen is about 1year old and im worried. its still allive so please help me. THE HEN HAS 3EGGS!. Cheeerrrs

Which hen has 3 eggs ? the one with the discarded baby or the hen you just put the chick with ?

You can only foster a chick to a hen that already has eggs and or babies. What you should be doing right now is feeding the baby before it gets fostered so its strong enough to call out to be fed. If the foster Mum you put the chick to has no eggs and or babies, do not expect her to take the chick on. Give us some more details
