A good test for myself.. here is what I thought:

Pepper - cock, Yellowface type 2, dark green (the top of his chest looks more olive than the rest so yf 2)

Betty - hen, Cinnamon opaline Violet

Jack - cock, violety sky blue - (at first glace I thought cobalt then skyblue... but if you look at the purple cheeks and shade of the blue I think this is actually be a violet sky which sometimes end up looking almost cobalt like Jack)

Smokey - cock, Opaline Grey (the cheek patches look grey not blue on my monitor)

Sugar - hen, Sky Blue normal

Cinnamon - cock, cinnamon yellowface 2 grey

Daisy - hen, Cinnamon opaline dominant pied light green

Max - cock, violet skyblue opaline (same as Jack above, and you can see the violet bleeding through the wings pretty good)

Matilda - hen, Spangle Opaline Grey Green

Jill - hen, normal light green

Betty looks to have black mask spots? Cinnamon ?? (I'm not sure)

Jack I would still say Sky but can't see the tail feather. The dark shade could be opalescences.

Daisy You are right with the hen and the cinnamon. I could see that one properly on the computer at work. :)

Max I would still say Sky. :)

Note: Skyblue tail feathers are Mid Blue with Turquoise Suffusion and Cobalts are Dark Blue.

But this is not always the case.
