October 19, 200717 yr yes it work...though I am wondering and maybe someone else with a good eye can say to if your female is actually a blue with a Yellowface Type 2 mutation. Which means that they yellow is bleeding into the blue causing the green body especially since she has a fair amount of blue on the lower part of her body.

October 19, 200717 yr I agree with feathers which means that your bird is actually blue and the golden face is a deeper yellow then the regular yellow face gene and the yellow is washing over the body (blue and yellow make green )

October 20, 200717 yr Meaning is the color mutation a good thing yes it is not a bad thing . You should be able to look at the rings and there will be a date on there and how old they are. If you want to list the ring numbers here I know someone will help you out
