I have an abundance of silverbeet from our work's community garden that no one else is using, so I bring it home for my birds who love it. I know you can over feed on lettuce, but can they get too much silverbeet?

i grow three plants of silverbeet and i give it to my birds twice a week (have to share silverbeet with other half and my lamb)
