I know i haven't posted in like half a year or more well it has been tough i have no birds right now, i am building an aviary i was wondering if the experienced can cope me through this when i start i don't wanna mess it up for the birds and trouble starts. i will be getting 2 budgies first, if i try breed them in an aviary by them selves next year will they

Best of luck with building your aviary Shaquille. Is there a reason why you think you need it to be 12 feet tall ? Will make catching birds very difficult. Better if it is wider rather than that tall. 6-8 feet tall would be plenty.
