Posted September 9, 200717 yr Hey all, Let me just tell you guys about my cousin. Now my cousin is pretty arrogant, she is sometimes so into hereself she forgets what she is doing. She happens to own a pet Budgie, who is named Bruno, and has kept Bruno alive for a long time (about 4+ years?). She ahs raised Bruno prettry well, if I do say so myself. She can call him to her whenever she whistles and gives here a wide variety of fruits. So when She came to my house and saw my hen sitting on the eggs, she went off with all this ridiculous advice like putting the eggs in an incubator (!?!?!?). So listen, and listen to me good. For the other newbies who want to start a small flock, take advice from the right people about breeding. Do not take advice from people who just own a budgie, no matter how many years they had had one. Do not take advice from just an average petstore, unless the owner is a breeder. And finally, Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT take advice from people who had had their budgies laid eggs, but the eggs died for whatever reason. That should be obvious. Always check advice with other reliable sources.
