Three judges have been picked for this months judging, all other members/site promoters/G.Mods are welcome to enter. One picture per member per month. I went through a phase of naming after colour/mutation and gemstones. Hence the name . . . Cobalt is an English budgie, and quite a docile bird. I was originally trying to set up an aviary with no green series birds (which didn't happen, obviously) as at the time I wasn't overly keen on your average green budgie - but they grew on me! But this picture took ages, because he's such a fast mover!
