:hap: I have mentioned my budgie Monty before. He cannot fly (vet says there is NO reason why he can't, in fact he doesn't even cushion his fall should it happen, he just goes PLUNK!), he doesn't know how to perch on water or food containers (and I have tried all kinds), hasn't figured out how to bite and is mostly very exuberant and singing quietly away. Usually he hangs from the side of the cage to access the food and water containers but today he decided to dine upside down......... Just a happy, silly, clueless budgie who enjoys life and his mean and nasty cagebuddy Happy (like would he even comprehend when she is being awful with him?) somehow it all works out!!!

:hap: I would think that poor Monty is missing a chromosome but he gets by quite nicely but then I have always adapted things to his particular needs, bottom line, one happy fellow!!! (Wish we all could be so oblivious to things and be happy!!)

He is just not "with it" , scooped him off the floor again tonight but he sure loves life, eating and singing! Wish we all could be so oblivious to the obstacles of life.
