Step one, find your picture in the photobucket album and click on edit above it (as circled in picture)

 

Step Two, once the page as reloaded with a full size of the picture hit the arrow (in red circle) pointing down beside the word resize to get a drop down menu.

 

Step three, select the email size in the options (as shown by red box) Photo bucket will then ask if you are sure select yes (or okay)
