yes, for one budgie that cage would be good.

I agree, it is great for a single budgie and extra flight time out of the cage would be fantastic.

I agree with Aly perfect for the single budgie with outside flight time. If you decide to get more then 1 budgie you will have to upgrade to a bigger size. Congrats!

i agree! way less $ and the extra $20 can be used for food etc. that you will actually want.
