I'm so excited! I have 2 newly hatched baby budgies! With 2 eggs still to hatch. When I placed the parents in the breeding cage, I didn't really expect them to breed as they have been unsuccessful in the past, so I was surprised to find eggs let alone babies! Squeee! (note to self, must calm down!).

 

I'll try to get pics of the happy family in a few days.

 

Well done, now just let the parent look after them. It might pay to feed a bit more protein now.
