Well my budgies had a baby in november last year... 5days before my birthday actually! When she was learning to fly i was soooooooo happy when she came and landed my my arm. it was so sweet!

What is it like when they learn to fly, do they do it by them sleves or do their parents teach them?

Baby budgies learn to flap their wings while in the nestbox. Then once they are out they learn to fly by flapping theirt wings to help them up onto perches and so on. They learn by watching their parents and they learn by the fact that they need to get around.
