*updates* New Cage, New Bird~

While the forums was offline I got a new cage about 3 feet wide! The birds were thrilled when they hopped in (I think) :) .

I also got a new bird!!!I am posting a picture. He is obviously a pied one, and he is young and has a pink cere. So, he is going to be a male. We named him Pepe.

We also had to seperate the two newer birds from the two older birds. They were fighting! I think the two older ones were already set in their ways for too long and are not wanting any changes (nor accepting them). So, we had to place Angel and Pepe in a temperary cage. We are getting a new cage this weekend that is a bit bigger than the new one I have, just in case of any new birds in the future.

Here is the picture of Pepe:

PS: The flash makes his cere look blue but it is not. I'll try to get a better picture of his cere without flash when I get the chance to.

He is beautiful and congrats on the upgrade

Thanks! i got the cage for a GREAT deal. A smaller cage (maybe 40 inches wide by 16 inches in height, was only $12!!! then a bigger one increased by a foot is $19!!!) Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow that is really a great buy for your cage. Your new bird is lovely he is :( cute little guy.

Aw. Thanks...

Awww Pepe is gorgeous! Congrats! I love his name by the way!! :D And what a brilliant bargain on the cage!

Is he quarantined from your other birds?? It is so very important to ensure you quarantine your new birds for a minumum of 30 days to ensure they are healthy, and are not hiding any illnesses that they might be able to pass onto your other birds :P
