June 24, 200718 yr Author what a find they are gorgeous Aly I didn't find them, they found me The breeder is a really lovely woman who just emailed me one day and said she had 6 birds for me as she had to reduce numbers because she was moving. She insisted that they were mine for nothing. I've agreed to take them, but only on condition that when she sets up she can take them back or have her pick of their offspring. Feathers.
June 24, 200718 yr Aly, does your lacewing spangle has red eyes or black? If black eye (that's what my monitor is showing me) then it would be a cinnamon DF spangle. But I thought that DF spangle mask all other genes?!? may be it does have red eyes afterall!!
June 24, 200718 yr Lucky girl Aly, some nice birds, can I have the Lacewing… you got those birds because the lady was moving, you must be just about ready to move also, out of the house & leave it to the BIRDS.

Yes I agree with Macka, I have an Olive and it is dark green with a blue tail, where is a dark green has a black tail. So to me they both look grey green. Hope you don't mind me pointing this out.

You are not kidding, especially if I dont get out to Kaz's to pick up another aviary. I am sick of sweeping up the mess from the 13 I have in end stages of quarantine. Feathers
