I want to get 2007 red alluminum closed leg bands for parakeets but were can I get them by paypal?

You would have to contact the individual clubs here in the US and ask them what type of payment they accept.

I am sure they would. Being a member of a club has many benefits. Leg ring or bands being one of them. :P Do an internet search for budgerigar clubs in your area.
