Posted June 12, 200718 yr hi all i just got 2 budgies this week.Ihave never had budgies before.I no nothing of training them at all and would love tips on that. Also tips on different foods for them what i can use for things to play with. Things to avoid i don,t no the sex of them yet as there to young yet star is white with grey on the back millie is a bright yellow with a tinge of blue on the belly and blue under the wings also what is your opinion on wing clipping. one question is that star looks like she is pulling on millies tail feather but i think it is prinning there constantly rubbing there beaks with each other i also have 3 guinea pigs and a wide assortment of fish i have a 15 gallon 2 20 gallons 2 5 gallons a 90 gallon a 240 gallon as well we have no bird club in our city

June 12, 200718 yr Welcome Allen. We do love pictures here it's great to see all the different birds that have captured someones love. If you can get clear shots of the cere we can guess the gender for you. We are normally correct (i believe) Wing clipping - it is a personal choice. As with all things there are good and bad points. You need to decide why you wish to do to it for and if it will help with that issue.
