with mine, i only have males and the cere is a creamy pink/tan. what color are the females? would it be white with a blue tint in an out of condition 5 year old hen?

Yes the recessive hens cere is unchanged by its genetics, only the cocks. The hen’s cere can be like you say anything from white with a faint blue tinge, through light brown, to deep chocolate brown.
