Posted May 5, 200718 yr i was told that cherry was cinnamon but now im thinking greywing. I looked at some examples of greywings and her and to me she looks much more grey than cinnamon. Everyone said cinnamon but i dont know it might be greywing.
May 5, 200718 yr Author here are the members grywing budgies... look at the first one, then cherry. doesnt the colour look similar? http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index.php?showtopic=9599
May 5, 200718 yr are her flight feathers grey, like the one in the picture? Flash makes a difference and Ann I think used flash. Merlin's wings can look brown at times but he is regular black marking.
May 5, 200718 yr Any brown on the wings = cinnamon. I see cinnamon in your pics. In the first picture of the other post it is hard to tell, but the wing markings on that bird are all grey... no brown at all. Feathers. Edited May 5, 200718 yr by feathers
May 5, 200718 yr Author daylight picture, no flash. http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/177...to/IMG_0885.jpg
May 5, 200718 yr what do you think Aly you know my monitor (Laughing out loud) she looks brown to me.
May 5, 200718 yr Author in real life she looks rather grey than brown. When you say cinnamon, will it actually look brown or is it just greyish brownish mix because when i look at the colour brown, her feathers dont even look a little like it. this is what i think brown should look like http://www.shawneestructures.com/colors/brown-paintb.jpg Edited May 5, 200718 yr by Marlony
May 5, 200718 yr anything that is brown would be considered cinnamon brown coloration can vary http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index....showtopic=12643 check here for standards
May 5, 200718 yr she is a cinnamon. Not greywings. the best way to describe greywings would be a faded black.. and if it looks like there's anysort of brown/cinnamon colour in it, it's is not greywings. Cinnamons aren't actually brown in colour, but rather a pooey greyish brown. I hope that makes sense.
May 5, 200718 yr Sorry, but I still definitely think it is a cinnamon. I'm with you Elly, and Cheeta. There are definite brown markings on the wings. Feathers.
