I was wondering could someone tell me - is Jojo a clearwing like I was told? After seeing the markings and the white spot on the back of his head, I'm not sure now.

Hes gorgeous. He is a Dominant pied not a clearwing. Love the blue dom pieds- the white and the blue is striking.

He's a really gorgeous looking budgie. Looks to be quite a character too :(
