Hi Everyone,

 

I'm a long time lurker of this forum and I thought it was about time I joined up! My name is Susannah and I'm a 19 year old student. I'm currently studying veterinary nursing in Adelaide and live with my fiance in the Eastern suburbs.

 

I have always had budgies as long as I can remember (my granny was an avid bird fan!) and I have been breeding for about a year and a half now.

 

I currently have 6 budgies: a cobalt blue normal named Ty, an opaline sky blue named Ava (ty's girlfriend), an opaline blue named Theo (ty and ava's son), recessive pied yellow and blue named Dawson, greywing green named Maricruz and a cinnamon grey blue named Cinnamon :hap: (at least I think that's what colours they are, I'll post pictures and get you guys to check for me!) I also have 4 eggs that are due to start hatching at the end of this week.

 

This is a great forum and I look forward to starting to contribute,

Thanks for all your greetings! Here is a picture of my flock:

 

 

Theo has a silly tail in that picture because he likes to sit on top of one of the nest boxes with his tail against the back of the cage... weirdo... :S

 

I'm going to post this picture in the genetics section too, to check their mutations.
