The question was asked on another forum I am on and it made me curious Hi Just read your question and I breed and show budgies and To my experience budgies lay 1 egg every other day, I have read heaps about the budgies and breeding and they say the same thing. The only thing I could think that if you are colony breeding another hen has jumped in and layed her egg, my friend colony breeds and she has one hen that will go from nest to nest, she says she is a pain. April 23, 200718 yr Author TY both. I had posted that I didn't think it was possible, as I had never heard of it happening before. But when it comes to breeding stuff, I am still learning. :-)
