Went to the pet store yesterday and came home with two new babies, now in quarantine. Id like to introduce you all to Gonzo and Smudge. I havent been able to check their tags yet but I think they are brothers.

 

Either way they are just too adorable.

Adorable! I am always tempted to bring home another budgie (or 3) whenever I pop into a pet store! Then there are the cockatiels, lovebirds and other animals!

It is my silly flash. His body markings are sky blue. Im not sure exactly what he is besides having some pied markings, but Ill post about that in the mutations area and see what I can learn.

 

The kids didnt like the name Smudge so I had to switch to Petri. There is no changing Gonzo's name, he is the wild and kooky one, so that one suits.

lovely names. beautiful boys.i like the unusual colours.and i find it hard to resist in buying any other birds. hoefully i will have my last 2 tiels to buy and then wait for budgies and tiels to start breeding.the weather in the uk is warm and cant wait to see what colours and mixtures.

Smudge looks like my Pretty the flash makes the skyblue come out like that. He would be a recessive skyblue - congrats.
